We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing a problem with sending confirmation emails for the delivery of your packages. In fact, an update made by Canada Post on Friday, August 16 resulted in an additional confirmation email being sent to all those who had previously received their order. This email incorrectly indicates that your package is on its way.
